But that comes from not looking hard at the dashboard, doing Google searches and learning YouTube SEO and YouTube Growth Strategies. Most YouTubers would rather rely on shout outs, collabs and trying to get a video to go viral.

So How Does YouTube Work?
YouTube is owned by Google, the largest search engine in the world. YouTube is the 2nd largest search engine in the world. YouTube is the largest video delivery platform in the world.

Getting more subscribers is a combination of quality videos and quantity videos. More videos are more opportunities to get subscribers, your best videos convert the most people. If you've ever had a retail job in your life you will understand how inventory works... that is what videos are inventory for leads/sales.

In the case of most YouTubers, for them a sub is their version of a conversion of a customer... for the rest of us in Biz it's not.
